Nic is the founder of Work Force Pro and works with contractors that want to prepare and develop their workforce to lead with impact, act like a pro and perform at their best on a daily basis. In Nic’s program “Perform Like The Boss”, Nic will walk you through what he has discovered is the main difference between the exiting construction worker and the emerging construction worker. He will share with you what the smart contractors are doing to develop the next generation that will give them an edge over their competition.

Starting in the spring of 2015, the Ontario Construction Lien Act was subject to a lengthy expert review process which has resulted in significant changes.
This session will begin a general overview of the existing Act, and a summary of the review process. Chad will highlight the key changes to the existing Act that will come into effect on July 1, 2018, then proceed to detail significant additions that will come into effect in 2019.
The session will conclude with a review of how the pending changes will affect the practical realities of a construction project.

Hawaiian Theme Night at OEL's Conference
