Annual Awards

OEL offers these annual awards to recognize the outstanding contributions of our Members to the electrical industry in Ontario.

Hall of Fame Award:

This lifetime achievement award is presented to OEL Members, past or present, who have dedicated themselves to the betterment of the electrical industry. The recipients are sterling examples of staying involved and giving back to improve the sector.

Richard Cullis Leadership Award:

This award is presented to an OEL Member who serves on at least one OEL committee and is committed, passionate and has volunteered time and energy for the benefit of contractor members, the OEL and the industry. This tribute is awarded in member of trailblazer Richard Cullis and his outstanding contributions to the industry, the OEL and its Members.

Electrical Inspector Recognition Award:

This award pays tribute to the current electrical inspector, or senior electrical inspector, for their outstanding contribution to the industry in Customer Service, Education, Code Knowledge and Application and/or Industry Involvement.
