Program Overview
This program is recommended for any worker working in areas where an Arc Flash could occur. Participants will receive Workplace Electrical Safety (Arc Flash) training only. Only especially “Qualified Persons” may perform work on or near exposed and energized electrical conductors or circuit parts (Canadian Standards Association’s Z462-21 “Workplace Electrical Safety”). This training is for anyone working near high voltage electrical hazards. This training course is presented by

Other
- Trainees are not expected to bring any materials to the course, however, if you are taking the Working at Heights or Working at Heights Refresher courses, you will need to bring your own harness for fitting purposes.
- Spots are limited! Register early to reserve.
- A certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the course. To obtain a certificate for the Working at Heights and Working at Heights Refresher courses, the Chief Prevention Officer will provide paperwork for trainees to fill out (who will then receive their certificate through Skills Pass).
