Program Overview
This Emergency First Aid training course offers a basic, one-day overview of first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home. Includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines. Meets Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations for basic first aid. Exceeds competitors? standards by including injury prevention content, CPR and automated external defibrillator training (AED). This training course is presented by

- Certification: Three-year certification in Emergency First Aid, CPR level A, C or HCP and AED
- Recertification: Where provincial or territorial legislation allows. Includes CPR Level A, C or HCP

Other
- Trainees are not expected to bring any materials to the course, however, if you are taking the Working at Heights or Working at Heights Refresher courses, you will need to bring your own harness for fitting purposes.
- Spots are limited! Register early to reserve.
- A certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the course. To obtain a certificate for the Working at Heights and Working at Heights Refresher courses, the Chief Prevention Officer will provide paperwork for trainees to fill out (who will then receive their certificate through Skills Pass).
