Program Overview
The OEL Durham Chapter will be hosting training courses located the the Westburne Oshawa location. This course is applicable for workers who have been previously certified by a Chief Prevention Officer (CPO)-approved training provider. Participants enrolling in the Working at Heights (WAH) Refresher program must provide proof of completion of prior WAH training. A refresher record of training will not be issued to a learner who has not previously completed a CPO-approved training program. Refresher training is mandatory every 3 years for workers to maintain certification validity. This training course is presented by
Levac Health & Safety. Spots are limited! Register early to reserve.

- Option 1: Working at Heights Refresher // 9 a.m. - Noon
- Option 2: The Lock-Out Tag-Out/Arch Flash/Meter Reading // 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
- Option 3: All Courses // 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. (All Day)
Other
- For the Working at Heights Refresher course, please bring your own harness for fitting purposes.
- Lunch will be provided to all trainees.
- A certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the course. To obtain a certificate for the Working at Heights and Working at Heights Refresher courses, the Chief Prevention Officer will provide paperwork for trainees to fill out (who will then receive their certificate through Skills Pass).
